﻿{"id":4058,"date":"2026-03-17T09:08:46","date_gmt":"2026-03-17T08:08:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.danilomihajlovic.com\/kako-odmoriti\/"},"modified":"2026-05-04T21:16:40","modified_gmt":"2026-05-04T19:16:40","slug":"kako-odmoriti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.danilomihajlovic.com\/sr-lat\/kako-odmoriti\/","title":{"rendered":"Kako odmoriti?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jedna od va\u017enih sposobnosti koja se \u010desto previdi i zanemari tokom odrastanja jeste sposobnost <strong>da nau\u010dimo da odmorimo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ako se malo osvrnemo, mo\u017eemo primetiti da kod dece uglavnom razvijamo radne navike i sposobnost da u\u010de, ali ne i naviku da nau\u010de da odmore od u\u010denja i aktivnosti koje imaju tokom dana. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Naravno da je neophodno da deca razviju radne navike, ali isto tako je neophodno i da nau\u010de da prpeoznaju kada su im kapaciteti ispra\u017enjeni i kako da se odmore da bi ih ponovo napunili.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kada ne nau\u010dimo da odmorimo, na\u0161a psiha doslovno ne zna da stane sa radom ni kada formalno zavr\u0161imo sa poslom.<\/strong>Procesi u nama ostaju nezavr\u0161eni i to nas iscrpljuje.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Posebno je va\u017eno imati u vidu da se rast (fizi\u010dki, emotivni i intelektualni) najvi\u0161e odvija upravo kada odmaramo, jer tada na\u0161a psiha ima priliku da integri\u0161e (usvoji) sve ono \u0161to smo uradili, a telo da se regeneri\u0161e.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kada ka\u017eem \u201dodmoriti\u201d, ne mislim ovde samo na odmor u smilu spavanja ili le\u017eanja na kau\u010du dok be\u017eivotno gledamo TV, <strong>nego na sposobnost da iza\u0111emo iz stanja visoke pobu\u0111enosti u kojoj smo ve\u0107i deo radnog dana.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dok bi za decu odmor bio kroz igranje, jer se u igri isklju\u010duju mehanizmi odbrane i igra deci omogu\u0107ava da u sigurnom okru\u017eenju osete emocije koje se spontano pro\u017eivljavaju u datom trenutku, za odrasle bi odmor bio aktivnost u kojoj osoba mo\u017ee da bude u dodiru sa svojim unutra\u0161njim procesima, ali da se pri tome ne napre\u017ee. Jedna od takvih aktivnosti bi mogla biti molitva, ili boravak u prirodi (kratka \u0161etnja). <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O ovom iskustvu nam svedo\u010de i drevna mona\u0161ka pravila prema kojima bi monah pet puta tokom dana prekidao svoj posao (rukodelju) kako bi se pomolio i odmorio svoj duh u naru\u010dju Boga.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ukoliko ne nau\u010dimo da odmorimo, ni na\u0161 rad ne mo\u017ee biti produktivan, jer \u0107e nas vremenom voditi u udaljavanje od nas samih i pregorevanje. <strong>Tako vremenom \u201dzamrzimo\u201d posao kojim se bavimo, ne shvataju\u0107i da nam se u stvari samo ne svi\u0111a na\u010din na koji funkcioni\u0161emo mi sami u tom poslu, jer se ose\u0107amo nemo\u0107no da promenimo na\u0161 odnos prema njemu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zato je veoma va\u017eno pomo\u0107i na\u0161oj deci da nau\u010de da se odmore od aktivnosti tako \u0161to \u0107emo ih povremeno pozivati na neku zajedni\u010dku igru u kojoj \u0107emo biti upu\u0107eni jedno na drugo.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u041d\u0430\u0440\u0430\u0432\u043d\u043e, \u0434\u0430
