﻿{"id":4028,"date":"2026-03-16T20:36:00","date_gmt":"2026-03-16T19:36:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.danilomihajlovic.com\/sve-me-nervira-na-poslu\/"},"modified":"2026-05-04T04:59:19","modified_gmt":"2026-05-04T02:59:19","slug":"sve-me-nervira-na-poslu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.danilomihajlovic.com\/sr-lat\/sve-me-nervira-na-poslu\/","title":{"rendered":"Sve me nervira na poslu"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nai\u0111e onaj period kada nas na poslu iznervira i najmanji problem koji nastane: kolega koji nije uradio onaj jedan zadatak koji sam ga zamolila, nestalo tonera u \u0161tampa\u010du, koleginica mi dobronamerno rekla da se ne nerviram a ja bih je sada u top stavila zbog toga\u2026<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To kada smo \u201cnaelektrisani\u201d i burno reagujemo na situacije i ljude oko nas, to se zove reaktivnost (kada nam je reakcija br\u017ea od misli i ne mo\u017eemo vi\u0161e da upravljamo na\u0161im emocijama).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ve\u0107ina ljudi tada misli da tako reaguju samo zbog \u201crokova koji se moraju ispo\u0161tovati\u201d (deadlines), ili zbog \u201cprevelike optere\u0107enosti na poslu\u201d (overload) u poslednje vreme\u2026 <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Svakako da to sve doprinosi na\u0161oj reaktivnosti, ali to nije i glavni uzrok za\u0161to tako reagujemo, nego su to tek kapi koje su prelile ve\u0107 punu \u010da\u0161u.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Glavni uzrok zbog koga pregorevamo na poslu nalazi se u nama, ta\u010dnije u na\u0161em na\u010dinu na koji funkcioni\u0161emo. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ne, ovo ni slu\u010dajno ne govorim da bismo \u201cokrivili sebe\u201d, nego da bismo razumeli gde se nalazi uzrok kako bismo potom mogli da ga promenimo.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Razlog za\u0161to pregorevamo i bivamo jako reaktivni je zato \u0161to se MI konstantno ose\u0107amo preplavljeni, MI imamo problem sa postavljanjem granica, MI imamo utisak da moramo stalno vi\u0161e od sebe da pru\u017eimo na poslu\u2026 (naravno, to ne isklju\u010duje mogu\u0107nost da neko stvarno od nas i o\u010dekuje vi\u0161e, ali to su NjEGOVA o\u010dekivanja od nas &#8211; stvar je u tome kako se JA nosim sa tim kada DRUGI imaju o\u010dekivanja od mene!).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Klju\u010d za promenu na\u0161e reaktivnosti na poslu le\u017ei u tome da promenimo na\u0161u EMOCIONALNU POVEZANOST SA POSLOM! <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sve dok na\u0161u sopstvenu vrednost vezujemo za posao, svaku povratnu informaciju koju dobijamo o na\u0161em radu \u0107emo do\u017eivljavati li\u010dno\u2026 i pregoreva\u0107emo. Svaka, pa i najmanja stvar, poput obi\u010dnog email-a u kome nas nisu dobro razumeli, \u0107e biti okida\u010d za na\u0161 unutra\u0161nji nemir i burnu reakciju. To \u0107e nas ponovo voditi u preterani rad u kome \u0107emo konstantno ose\u0107ati nelagodu od neizvesnosti \u201ckako \u0107e pro\u0107i\u201d to \u0161to radimo i vremenom \u0107emo da zamrzimo posao koji radimo iako smo nekada u\u017eivali u njemu\u2026   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ne radi se o poslu, nego o na\u0161oj emocionalnoj povezanosti sa njim.<\/strong> Kao i u vezi i braku, ukoliko ne nau\u010dimo da odvojimo na\u0161e emocije od emocija na\u0161eg partnera, bi\u0107emo \u201czamr\u0161eni\u201d i sve \u0107emo jako li\u010dno do\u017eivljavati, \u010dak i ono \u0161to uop\u0161te nije upu\u0107eno nama.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ne radi se o tome \u201c\u0161ta drugi o\u010dekuju od mene\u201d na poslu, nego o tome \u201cna koji na\u010din se ja u sebi nosim sa tu\u0111im o\u010dekivanjima od mene\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da, ne mogu da promenim tu\u0111a o\u010dekivanja od mene, ali mogu u sebi da promenim na\u010din na koji se ja nosim sa tu\u0111im o\u010dekivanjima. To je prostor moje slobode i tu mogu da nau\u010dim kako da ne zavisim od drugih. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovo se ne mo\u017ee promeniti obi\u010dnim tehnikama koje pri\u017ea \u201cstres menad\u017ement\u201d. Takvi pristupi mogu samo ubla\u017eiti posledice, ali ne i otkloniti uzroke zbog kojih tako funkcioni\u0161em.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za promenu je potrebno ne\u0161to drugo.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026 Da bi se prevazi\u0161la reaktivnost na poslu o kojoj sam pisao u prethodnoj objavi, nije dovoljno da nau\u010dimo \u201cmenad\u017ement emocija\u201d onako kako se on \u010desto forsira u korporativnom svetu, jer emocije zahtevaju mnogo dublji odnos sa njima, a ne povr\u0161insko zata\u0161kavanje.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Emocije su nam kao ljudima date da nas pokrenu (emotion = energy in motion), a ne da bismo ih sputavali i njima suzbijali.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da bi se promenio na\u0161 emotivni odnos prema poslu ne\u0107e nam pomo\u0107i ni \u201cgura\u0107u jo\u0161 vi\u0161e i bolje \u0107u raditi\u201d. Naprotiv. Time samo be\u017eimo od sebe i kasnije \u0107emo platiti ve\u0107u cenu tarifom poznatom kao burnout.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u0160ta je onda potrebno da bi se to promenilo?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potrebno je da prvo hrabro posvetimo posebnu pa\u017enju strahu koji u nama budi uznemirenost zbog misli \u201ckako \u0107e nas drugi do\u017eiveti ako ne uradimo posao kako oni o\u010dekuju\u201d. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tu nastaje naj\u010de\u0161\u0107a gre\u0161ka koja poti\u010de iz trauma i emotivnih povreda iz ranog detinjstva: kada se u nama probudi strah, napustimo sebe i ne posvetimo pa\u017enju na\u0161em strahu, nego svu na\u0161u snagu usmerimo prema drugima da bismo bili prihva\u0107eni od njih (u pro\u0161losti od roditelja, a sada od \u0161efa, kolektiva).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kada osvestimo nesvesna uverenja (npr. jedno od naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih: \u201cako ovaj zadatak ne uradim dobro svi \u0107e videti da JA NE VREDIM DOVOLjNO i zbog toga \u0106E ME ODBACITI\u201d) i nau\u010dimo da svesno prepoznamo strah koji se probudio u nama, i posebno kad razvijemo sposobnost da ga u telu osetimo i njime upravljamo, tada polako dolazi do dugoro\u010dne promene.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tada nas vi\u0161e ne preplave strah i uznemirenost, nego ih na vreme mo\u017eemo da prepoznamo i posvetimo im se.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kada nau\u010dimo da osetimo strah i ne be\u017eimo od njega, nego da ga koristimo kao poziv na oprez, tada vi\u0161e ne zaziremo od tu\u0111ih rekacija, jer znamo kako sebi da pomognemo u nelagodnim situacijama. Da, ovo jeste mogu\u0107e i tome svakodnevno sveso\u010dim u radu sa mojim klijentima. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za kraj bih naglasio: Ovo \u0161to sam napisao je tek racionalno poja\u0161njenje, ali da bi do promene do\u0161lo nije dovoljno samo da \u201crazumemo za\u0161to ne\u0161to radimo\u201d. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Da bismo dugoro\u010dno primenili na\u010din na koji funkcioni\u0161emo neophodno je da svesno osetimo emocije u na\u0161em telu i uz stru\u010dnu psihoterapeutsku podr\u0161ku dubinski radimo na tome. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prvi korak jeste da razumemo \u0161ta nam se de\u0161ava\u2026 ali je to tek prvi korak.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nai\u0111e onaj period kada
