Kada \u010desto no\u0107ima ne mo\u017eete da zaspite, a tokom dana ste prenadra\u017eeni i nikako nemate mira? Kada se za svaku novu situaciju na poslu ili kod ku\u0107e ra\u0111a novi strah koji vas preplavljuje? Kada je strah toliko prisutan u svakom segmentu va\u0161eg \u017eivota, da samo o\u010dekujete \u0161ta \u0107e lo\u0161e da se dogodi vama ili va\u0161im bli\u017enjima? Kada vas preplavi jeza jer se mama ne javlja na telefon dok je zovete i onda imate stojedan scenario \u0161ta joj se moglo dogoditi&#8230; a anksioznost samo nastavlja da raste?     <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ukoliko su vam poznati neki od ovih scenarija, velika je verovatno\u0107a da imate izazov sa konstantnom anksioznosti u va\u0161em svakida\u0161njem \u017eivotu. Ono \u0161to celu stvar \u010dini jo\u0161 te\u017eom, jeste to \u0161to vas okolina ne razume. U najboljoj nameri upu\u0107uju savete \u201dda bi trebalo da se smirite\u201d i \u201dne radite to sebi\u201d, \u201djer imate mnogo vi\u0161e u \u017eivotu nego neki drugi\u201d. I onda je rezultat jo\u0161 ve\u0107a anksioznost! Drugi ne shvataju da to nije ne\u0161to \u0161to \u201dvi sebi namerno radite\u201d, nego ne\u0161to \u0161to vam se de\u0161ava i ose\u0107ate se nemo\u0107no da to promenite. I umesto podr\u0161ke, iako imaju najbolju nameru, dobijete jo\u0161 i osudu.      <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I onda tako usamljeni u svom tom o\u010daju pose\u017eemo za supstancama koje \u0107e nam ubla\u017eiti anksioznost. Alkohol, ukusna hrana u velikim koli\u010dinama, slatki\u0161i, cigara, tablete za smirenje&#8230; Ili postupci koji ni vama sami nisu jasni, ali privremeno poma\u017eu da se ugu\u0161i taj ru\u017ean ose\u0107aj anksioznosti: kupovina nepotrebnih stvari, ulazak u sva\u0111u sa drugima, ribanje cele ku\u0107e iako je ve\u0107 \u010dista&#8230; A kada pro\u0111e kratkoro\u010dan efekat tih supstanci i radnji, stanje jo\u0161 gore: ne samo da se vratila anksioznost, nego je sada tu sa svojom najboljom drugaricom koja se zove krivica. I tako u krug.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ukoliko se jo\u0161 iskreno trudite da svoj \u017eivot uskladite sa onim \u010dime nas u\u010di Pravoslavna vera, verovatno ste mnogo puta poku\u0161ali da se molitvom suo\u010dite sa anksioznim epizodama u va\u0161em \u017eivotu. Ukoliko ste uspeli molitvom da pomognete sebi, na\u0161li ste lek. To je to. Samo nastavite.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ukoliko se i pored molitve i dalje pojavljuje anksioznost i ometa vas i u molitvi i ne prestaje, velika je verovatno\u0107a da postoji izazov jednim ose\u0107anjem koje psiha ne prepoznaje u datom trenutku, pa iz tog razloga ne mo\u017eete da saberete um na molitvu. U tom slu\u010daju vam mogu pomo\u0107i kako da pristupite anksioznosti koja vas ometa, kako biste nakon toga mogli da se bolje fokusirate na molitvu i kako biste prevazi\u0161li ovaj izazov.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Da biste razumeli kako to mo\u017eete da uradite, potrebno je prvo da odgovorimo na slede\u0107e pitanje: Za\u0161to uop\u0161te dolazi do takvih napada anksioznosti i \u0161ta se iza nje krije? Iako \u0107ete prona\u0107i mnogo razli\u010ditih odgovora na ovo pitanje, u su\u0161tini, iza anksioznosti se krije jedan Bogom dat mehanizam na\u0161e psihe koji se mo\u017ee nazvati \u201dalarmiranje\u201d (uzbunjivanje). On nam je dat da bi nas, ba\u0161 poput alarma koji navijemo na telefonu, pobudio da pove\u0107amo pa\u017enju i oprez u datim situacijama kako bismo sebe mogli adekvatno da za\u0161titimo, dat nam je da bi probudio strah i podstakao nas da budemo oprezni i postupamo u skladu sa tim. Dakle, dat nam je sa dobrom namerom i sa njim se ra\u0111amo. Da, imamo ga jo\u0161 kao dete! Da ga nemamo, ne bismo mogli da za\u0161titimo sebe jer ne bismo prepoznavali opasnost.     <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kako onda dolazi do anksioznosti i \u0161ta je ona? Kada nismo imali priliku da u sigurnom okru\u017eenju nau\u010dimo. da svesno prepoznamo da se u nama probudio taj alarm i jo\u0161 va\u017enije, kada smo direktno ili indirektno nau\u010deni da ne smemo da mu verujemo i da je to ne\u0161to negativno (\u201d\u0160ta se odmah pla\u0161i\u0161?!\u201d; \u201dKakva si ti kukavica!\u201d, \u201dNema \u0161ta da se pla\u0161i\u0161\u201d&#8230;), onda se spontano razvije sklonost ka tome da nesvesno izbegavamo taj ose\u0107aj alarmiranosti&#8230;   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mi njega izbegavamo, ali on nas ne izbegava, nego nastavlja da radi jer mu je to posao. I onda umesto da budemo alarmirani u jednom trenutku i odreagujemo u skladu sa tim (kako bi alarm odradio svoj posao i za\u0161titio nas), na\u0161 sistem za alarmiranje se \u201dzaglavi\u201d i stalno \u201dvibrira\u201d, a mi ne razumemo \u0161ta nam se de\u0161ava i \u201dgde se ovo \u0161to me iritira gasi\u201d. Tada nastaje stanje zaglavljenosti u nemogu\u0107nosti da prepoznamo alarmiranost i tako nas obuzima anksioznost (uznemirenost).  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U redu. Kako onda pobediti anksioznost? Za po\u010detak se ne truditi da je \u201dpobe\u0111ujemo\u201d, nego da je bolje upoznamo posve\u0107uju\u0107i pa\u017enju alarmiranosti koja se budi u datim situacijama.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Evo nekoliko prakti\u010dnih koraka koji vam u tome mogu pomo\u0107i:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Fokusirati na to da u na\u0161em re\u010dniku po\u010dnemo da koristimo re\u010d \u201dalarmiranost\u201d (ili \u201duzbunjenost\u201d) za situacije na dnevnom nivou za koje primetimo da nas je ne\u0161to u njima uznemirilo. Ovo \u0107e pomo\u0107i ja\u010danju svesnog prepoznavanja da se u nama de\u0161ava ne\u0161to konkretno u datom trenutku i polako idemo iz neuhvatljive magle anksioznosti ka obrisima poruke koju nam \u0161alje na\u0161 sistem za alarmiranje.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Proverite u kom delu tela prime\u0107ujete najvi\u0161e tu napetost koja se budi uz alarmiranost i potrudite se da je ne terate od sebe, nego da budete dovoljno otvoreni da \u010dujete \u0161ta \u017eeli da vam poru\u010di. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Kada primetite da se va\u0161 sistem alarmiranja aktivirao, jednostavno budite radoznali \u201d\u0160ta to moje bi\u0107e \u017eeli da mi poru\u010di u ovoj situaciji?\u201d. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e \u0107e to biti da budemo oprezni, pa\u017eljivi, posvetimo dodatnu pa\u017enju situaciji u kojoj smo.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Verujte toj poruci koja se spontano probudi u vama (jedna od prvih reakcija \u0107e biti da je to ne\u0161to nebitno).<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kako biste primetili rezultate ovih koraka, potrebno je da ih redovno ponavljate, po vi\u0161e puta na dnevnom nivou, ve\u0107 i u najmanjim naznakama anksioznosti, ne \u010dekaju\u0107i da ona poraste u velikoj meri.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Da li vam je poznat onaj trenutak kada se ose\u0107ate tako da biste najradije isko\u010dili iz sopstvene ko\u017ee jer je jako nelagodno ono \u0161to ose\u0107ate, a ni ne mo\u017eete jasno drugima da objasnite kakav je to ose\u0107aj?
